Request deletion of Fetch data

Delete or correct a record

Where a record is editable and you have permission, use the controls inside Fetch. Company workspace owners and administrators control company-managed field records, roster access, exports, Recently Deleted recovery, and permanent workspace deletion.

Submit a verified request

Email privacy@getfetchroofing.com with the subject “Fetch Data Deletion Request.” Include your full name, Fetch account email, company or workspace, a clear description of the information, and only the context needed to locate it.

Fetch may verify your identity and authority. Do not send a password, authentication code, government identification, or unrelated homeowner or claim information.

Company-owned and retained records

A request involving shared company business records may be referred to the workspace owner or administrator. Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law. If a request cannot be completed, Fetch will explain the reason and any available next step.
