Terms of Use

Effective August 29, 2026

Agreement and business use

These Terms govern access to Fetch, a business field-work and storm-information service for roofing teams published and operated by The Cross & Company LLC. By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation, or using Fetch, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the company or organization whose workspace you use.

Accounts and company workspaces

Fetch uses ChatGPT sign-in and does not store a separate password. You are responsible for protecting that account, using the exact invited email, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Each company workspace is logically isolated. Owners control company data, administrators can manage the roster and operational settings, and representatives receive field access. Owners and administrators must invite only authorized people, remove access promptly, and keep at least one appropriate recovery administrator.

Lawful field conduct

You may use Fetch only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for complying with licensing, solicitation, telemarketing, privacy, trespass, permit, consumer-protection, employment, and do-not-call or do-not-knock rules that apply to your work. Do not enter contact information without a lawful basis, disregard an opt-out, misrepresent weather evidence, impersonate another person, probe another workspace, upload malicious material, or use the service to harass, discriminate, or commit fraud.

Field safety

Do not operate Fetch while driving, climbing, walking on a roof, flying a drone, or performing any activity that requires full attention. Users remain responsible for jobsite safety, property access, drone compliance, and using qualified personnel for inspections.

Company data and permissions

Your company retains its rights in information its authorized members enter or upload. You grant Fetch a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted contact details, notes, photos, and inspection records. Do not upload highly sensitive personal data that the documented workflow does not require.

Weather and property information

Fetch combines public and third-party weather, map, imagery, address, and geocoding information. Public archives can be delayed, incomplete, preliminary, estimated, revised, or unavailable. A point, radar signature, shaded one-mile boundary, distance calculation, score, or generated report does not prove that hail, wind, or damage occurred at a structure. Fetch is not an engineering opinion, weather certification, insurance determination, appraisal, legal opinion, or guarantee of a claim outcome. Users must verify material facts and pair weather information with a qualified physical inspection.

Routes, scores, and generated records

Priority scores, route order, opportunity lists, follow-up suggestions, and analytics are workflow aids. They may be affected by missing or outdated inputs and must not be used as the sole basis for safety, employment, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions. Evidence cases and drone reports preserve selected workspace inputs and integrity references, but the responsible professional remains accountable for observations, conclusions, customer communications, and regulatory compliance.

Pilot plan and future billing

Fetch currently offers a limited pilot with billing disabled unless the service clearly confirms otherwise. The planned pilot conversion price is $79 per active representative per month; owners and administrators are not counted as representative seats. Seat limits and any estimated monthly amount are shown before billing activation. No payment is collected through the current hosted site. Before any paid conversion, the workspace owner will receive the applicable price, billing period, cancellation method, taxes, and effective date and must take an affirmative activation step through an approved billing channel.

Third-party services

Fetch depends on services such as ChatGPT sign-in, Cloudflare infrastructure, Mapbox, public weather agencies, mapping providers, browser notification systems, and device map applications. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. Fetch is not responsible for third-party outages, source revisions, device settings, or services outside its control.

Availability and changes

Fetch may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, respond to source changes, or improve the product. We aim to preserve workspace data and communicate material changes, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. During the pilot, limits and features may change with notice in the app.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for a security threat, legal requirement, abuse, nonpayment after a future paid activation, or material breach of these Terms. Members can delete their complete Fetch identity across all company memberships from account controls. An owner must first transfer or permanently delete every owned workspace. Deletion effects and limits are described in the Privacy Notice and account-deletion page.

Intellectual property

Fetch, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by The Cross & Company LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership right is transferred to a user or company workspace.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fetch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, source completeness, lead quality, weather accuracy, or business outcome. You remain responsible for field safety, lawful solicitation, inspections, estimates, contracts, customer consent, and insurance communications. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cross & Company LLC and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or claim outcomes arising from Fetch. Aggregate liability arising from Fetch will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for Fetch during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. This section does not limit liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Cobb County, Georgia.

Updates and contact

Material Terms updates will carry a new effective date and may require acceptance before continued use. For questions, use the public Support page. The workspace owner is the first contact for company access, roster, export, and field-record requests.
