Delete your Fetch account

Start deletion inside Fetch

1. Sign in to Fetch.
2. Open Team from the profile button.
3. Scroll to Fetch account.
4. Choose Delete my Fetch account across all companies.
5. Enter the signed-in email exactly and confirm.

This removes the Fetch identity, company memberships, saved live presence, notification registrations, consent records, and direct identifying attribution. Company business records that must remain are deidentified. It does not delete the separate ChatGPT account used for sign-in.

If you own a workspace

Account deletion is blocked while the identity owns a company workspace. Transfer each workspace to an active administrator or permanently delete it first. Permanent workspace deletion requires a fresh complete checksum-verified archive and exact confirmation of the workspace name.

Before deleting

Download any reports and the portable workspace archive you need, transfer ownership where appropriate, and confirm another active administrator can recover the company. Account deletion is permanent.

Cannot sign in?

Email privacy@getfetchroofing.com from the account email. Include your full name and every known company or workspace. Fetch will verify identity and authority before acting. This support path does not replace the in-app deletion control.
