Bring Fetch to your company

Interested in using Fetch for your roofing business? Request access or contact sales. You do not need an existing invitation to make an inquiry.

What to include

• Your name and Fetch account email.
• Your company or workspace name.
• Your device model, operating system, and browser or app version.
• What happened, what you expected, and the approximate date and time.
• A screenshot only when it does not expose unnecessary homeowner, claim, or credential information.

Never send a password, authentication code, access token, complete financial information, or government identification by email.

Map, pin, or storm discrepancies

Include the property address, the intended roof-pin location, the location shown by Fetch, and the relevant storm date. Fetch uses the exact saved coordinate for navigation and storm-distance checks, so those details help us investigate accurately.

Privacy, deletion, and security

For privacy or data-rights requests, email privacy@getfetchroofing.com. To remove selected information, read the data-deletion instructions. To close a Fetch account, follow the account-deletion instructions.

Report suspected vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to security@getfetchroofing.com. Do not access or expose data that does not belong to you while preparing a report.
